As a psychotherapist, Betsy uses a person-centered approach to support clients as they overcome struggles, adjust to life transitions and achieve personal growth.  Betsy helps clients identify their strengths, resilience and personal potential, empowering them to achieve their goals through a strong therapeutic alliance.  Self-awareness, joy & contentment in living and the cultivation of healthy, satisfying relationships constitute some of the basic goals of therapy.  Additional goals are established through an individualized process based on the client’s needs, priorities, resources and context.
