Personal Statement:

My hope is to provide therapeutic companionship and guidance for people struggling to adjust to their life circumstances and make changes that help to improve and enrich their lives.  I am not here to tell you how to live, nor do I claim to have the answers to existential questions that clients often bring.  I am here instead to provide a safe and confidential space in which you can readily explore the possibilities that exist in relation to your dilemma or crisis.  I trust that together we can find ways of negotiating challenges in order to resolve conflicts, heal wounds, and change behavioral patterns that get in the way of your health and happiness.  I am honored to share the journey with you and welcome the opportunity to do so.
